Four phases, step by step

Phase 01

Understanding your needs

    Initial meeting and brief

    We learn how you live or work in the space and what you expect from it.

  • 02

    Survey and analysis

    Professional measurement (a 2D sketch with real dimensions) and a review of the plans and architectural features.

  • 03

    Visual direction

    Together we define style, materials and atmosphere.

Phase 02

Live design and 3D

  • 04

    A live joint session

    Live in the 3D software (≈1.5 h) we develop the layout and design of the space together — before the renders begin.

  • 05

    Photorealistic visualisations

    We produce the final photorealistic 3D visualisations of the approved design.

  • 06

    Review, corrections and finalisation

    We review the renders together, apply your corrections and finalise the design.

Phase 03

Drawings, specifications and budget

  • 07

    Working drawings

    A full set: plans, sections and details. We review them together and make corrections at this stage too.

  • 08

    Installations

    Plumbing and electrical layouts, lighting, switches and sockets.

  • 09

    Custom furniture

    Drawings for making the custom furniture.

  • 10

    Selection of materials and furniture

    A specific selection from retailers: floor finishes, sanitaryware, doors, coverings, finishes and furniture.

    Supplier quotes

    We send enquiries and collect quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.

  • 12

    Budget

    A bill of quantities of the items included in the visualisation and the interior project.

Phase 04

Turnkey delivery

  • 13

    Orders and payments

    We order the materials and furnishings and manage the payments to suppliers.

  • 14

    Logistics and deliveries to site

    We organise the logistics and deliveries of materials on site and the communication with suppliers.

  • 15

    Contractor coordination

    We coordinate the construction works and specialist trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) on schedule.

  • 16

    Design supervision

    We check the execution against the project, with scheduled site visits.

  • 17

    Handover ready to move in

    We inspect the final result and hand over the space, matching the approved 3D visualisations down to the last detail.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the whole process take?+
It's never a matter of days — usually from a few weeks to a few months, depending on the scope: a residential or public space and the volume of work. At the first meeting we give a realistic estimate for your project.
Can I make corrections to the project?+
Yes, and at several stages — during the joint 3D session, after the renders and at the working drawings. We finalise only after your approval.
What do I get at each stage?+
Clear deliverables: a brief and analysis of the space; photorealistic 3D visualisations; a full set of drawings, specifications and budget; and with delivery — a space ready to move in.
Do you carry out the project for me?+
Yes, through the Project management service — we take on orders, payments, logistics, deliveries and contractor coordination, with design supervision, and hand over the space ready to move in. This service is offered in Sofia.
Do you work with clients outside Sofia?+
Yes. We do design projects and consultations across Bulgaria — online and through every channel. Turnkey delivery is carried out in Sofia.
