Architectural Approach

Decor is the easy part. The hard part – and the important one – is the layout: how you move through the day, where the light comes from, which walls are load-bearing, where you need quiet and where you need life. Get that logic right, and everything else falls into place. Get it wrong, and no accessory can save it.

Function Isn’t the Enemy of Character

People often mistake an architectural approach for something cold. For us, it’s the opposite: function makes room for boldness. Once the foundation works, we can afford a bold color, an unexpected material, or an accent that stays with you. Character doesn’t come at the expense of comfort – it builds on it.

Good layout is invisible: you feel it, you don’t see it.

Zoning, Light and Flow

That’s why we plan lighting and outlets from the very start, think through storage before furniture, and build in flexibility so one space can take on more than one role. We test every scenario live in our process in 3D, before anything gets purchased.

• Volume and light first, style second.
• Storage gets planned before furniture, not after.
• Small spaces gain from multi-functionality; large ones from clear zoning.

The Result: An Interior That Lasts

When function leads, your home doesn’t get old on you. The layout stays right for years, and the style can be refreshed without a full renovation. That’s the difference between „a renovation“ and a real project – and why we take an architectural approach to every space, for homes and businesses alike.

This is how we work on every project, in Sofia and online across Bulgaria. Browse our portfolio or check out the services we use to take you from idea to finished space.
