Residential interior + reconfiguration
Reworking a two-room apartment into a three-room one: two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and timeless luxury.
In project LF 22 we carried out a full architectural reconfiguration of a two-room apartment (with one bedroom, one bathroom, a utility room and a living room with kitchen) into a three-room home: a living room with kitchen and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. We used a favourite technique: the master bedroom's bathroom is entered through a door integrated into the wardrobe.
We stayed true to the client’s wish for a home with plenty of light, a sense of luxury and timelessness. The main colours are classic wood, marble, cream and shades of truffle, while colour is introduced through the textiles, the art décor and the small movable furniture, whose palette could easily be changed years later.
We paid special attention to the textures, which in person give a real sense of cosiness and fullness: for example the dining table with a leather-look finish and the units above the sofa. The wardrobe in the master bedroom combines gloss with a delicate mirror effect, while the bedside tables are in super-matte linen for contrast. The work corner has a desk in a velvet-matte finish, easy to maintain and pleasant to the touch.
Let's create something equally bold for your space.
