In a typical 85 sq.m. new-build apartment with two bedrooms, we used every centimetre functionally and smartly, so there is room for all its residents: the parents of two youngsters under 5 and one husky.
A U-shaped kitchen and durable materials
The southern exposure and high floor allowed us to close off one window in the name of a large U-shaped kitchen with a wide worktop and two fridges. With the thought that everything must be resistant to children and pets, the walls are covered with washable wallpaper and scratch-resistant plasters.
A bathroom that stays dry
The bathroom has two fans, two drains and a shower area with floor-to-ceiling glass, so it stays dry even when used by the children. The furniture is bespoke, with hidden niches and use of every volume.
