"Make it modern, urban, luxurious." These were the guiding points from the owner in the brief for the interior design of this high-end rental apartment in the Iztok district of Sofia.

Rented out before the renovation was finished

The home was rented out before we had even finished the renovation, whose management was entrusted entirely to us. In the final days before handover, tradesmen and brokers with prospective tenants were literally passing one another on site, which let the client start recouping the investment in interior design right away.
