Turnkey delivery, without a site visit
The pleasure of working with the tradespeople, furniture makers and every subcontractor was entirely ours. The apartments were handed over to the owner at the level of finish shown in the photos, without a single site visit from the client during the works.
A family format for high-end rental
Our client is a real-estate investor who needed interior design for family-type apartments for high-end rental in the Iztok district of Sofia. The style is modern, with lightly classical elements. The apartments have two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, which means the likely future tenants are families with children. That’s why, in the design of the living room, children’s room and kitchen, we used warm colours, softness and a sense of family.
