How much does an interior project cost?+
The price depends on the type of space (home, office, restaurant), the area and the scope of service — design only or a complete turnkey project. After an initial conversation and site visit, we prepare an individual quote tailored to your project.
What types of spaces do you work on?+
Offices, restaurants and venues, shops, medical centres, public spaces and premium homes. We also work with builders and residential developers — we develop standard interior projects for the different layouts (studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom) that buyers can choose and receive a fully finished, turnkey apartment.
Do you design restaurants and venues?+
Yes. We work on HoReCa projects with a focus on guest and staff flow, acoustics, lighting, kitchen zones, durable materials and brand feel. Example: Rechna Gara restaurant, Vidin (340 sq.m.).
Do you design office interiors?+
Yes. We design corporate spaces with attention to ergonomics, acoustics and employer branding. Our clients include Hyperzon, Evolution and Smartico.
What's the difference between turnkey and design-only?+
Design only — we hand you a complete project. Turnkey means we coordinate the entire delivery.
How long does the process take?+
Design takes 2–4 months, depending on how quickly the client gives feedback on the corrections at each stage. Delivery takes 4 to 8 months for homes and from a few weeks to months for corporate spaces, depending on the type and scale of the project.
Which cities do you work in?+
Turnkey management is carried out in Sofia only. We do design projects and consultations online and through every channel — for spaces across Bulgaria.
Do you work remotely?+
Yes — we have experience with remote projects. We can work even without having been physically on site.
Do you design shops and showrooms?+
Yes. We design shops, showrooms and specialist retail, embedding the brand identity into the space itself — layout, materials, lighting and visual merchandising that build a recognisable environment and brand experience.
