What is included

What interior design includes with us

Visualisation is at most 20% of an interior designer's work. The rest is a technical, multidisciplinary profession, which is why we never deliver a concept-only project.

Layout and ergonomics

We plan how the space is lived in: movement, light, zones. This is where ergonomics and the psychology of space come in.

Technical drawings

A full set of drawings for every element, so that exactly what was designed gets built.

Furniture construction

Custom furniture made to the studio's drawings, with sizes and heights matched to the people who use them.

Budget with materials

A budget with materials and suppliers you can actually buy from, and recommendations for proven furniture makers in the larger cities.

Visualisations

A photorealistic 3D visualisation, so you see the result before the renovation starts.

All of Bulgaria and online

Design and consultations across Bulgaria, entirely online. Turnkey execution only in Sofia.

How to choose

Interior designer or interior design studio?

The label matters less than the scope of the work. Ask what is included, who designs the furniture, whether there is a budget with materials and who supervises execution. More in our articles: Interior designer or interior design studio and 10 questions before you sign.

Frequently asked questions

How long does an interior project take?+
The timeline depends on the floor area, the number of rooms and the level of detail. After the first meeting we set it out as a schedule by stage, so you know what you receive and when.
What does the price of interior design depend on?+
On the floor area, the number of rooms, the level of detail, the visualisations and the timeline. Every quote is individual and prepared after a conversation, so we do not publish a price per square metre.
Do you work online and outside Sofia?+
Yes. We do design projects and consultations across Bulgaria, entirely online if needed. We offer turnkey execution only in Sofia. Outside the capital we recommend proven furniture makers and put together a budget with materials you can buy locally.
What do I get at the end of an interior project?+
Technical drawings, drawings of the custom furniture, a budget with materials and suppliers, and a photorealistic visualisation. Visualisation is at most 20% of the work, which is why we never deliver a concept-only project.
Do you design just one room?+
No. We work on whole homes and business spaces, so we do not design single rooms as a separate service. One room is part of the overall project of the home.
Can you carry out the project for me?+
Yes, in Sofia, through our Project management service: we coordinate deliveries and contractors and hand over the finished space.
